“Amazing sunset dinner spot in Santana. We tried local dishes like Milho Frito, bolo do caco. They were delicious! Not many vegetarian main course dishes, I tried mushroom risotto (too much mushrooms & olive oil for me tbh). The other things were pretty good.”

“The best restaurant on the island — and I’ve tried quite a few! The food is outstanding and the portions are generous. As a bonus, they offer complimentary poncha. Even if you’re not coming for a full meal, it’s worth stopping by just to try the poncha — it’s the best alcoholic drink I’ve ever had.”

“Lovely staff, very pleasant and seemed lile they enjoyed working there. Menu is simple and food was spot on! T bone and lamb chops were so tasty. Coffee to finish was great too. Parked in free parking at the top of Santana to see the old houses and tried for lunch. Lots of options for seating. Really lovely!”
