Connect Ifthenpay to MenuToGo

Follow this guide to get your API Token, enabling your restaurant to automatically accept MB WAY and Multibanco payments.

1. Create an Ifthenpay Account

If you don't already have an account with Ifthenpay, you will need to open one. It is completely free to join and there are no monthly fees, only transaction commissions.

2. Getting Your Auth Token

Once your account is active, you need to generate a specific API Token for MenuToGo. Follow these exact steps:

Log in to the Ifthenpay Backoffice.
Go to Management > Integrations in the left sidebar.
Click New Credential, select ifthenpay connect as the platform, and confirm.
On the same row as the new credential, click the settings button and complete the configuration process.
Copy the API Token shown on that row.

3. Connect in MenuToGo

Head over to your MenuToGo dashboard. Under Settings > Ifthenpay Config, paste the API Token you just copied. We will automatically fetch your MB WAY and Multibanco keys.
