MenuToGo is a digital menu management platform that allows restaurant owners and food service businesses to create, manage, and publish digital menus, accept reservations, manage orders, and generate QR codes for contactless dining experiences.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Upload content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without prior written consent.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service (menus, images, restaurant information). By uploading content, you grant MenuToGo a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5.2 Our Content

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by MenuToGo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.

6. Subscription Plans and Billing

• Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing is available on our website.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as stated in our refund policy.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Free Account

We offer a free plan that allows you to try MenuToGo with limited features. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time to unlock additional features. We will not charge you without your explicit consent.

8. Cancellation and Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
• Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MenuToGo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
